The Chef
Meet Executive Chef, Dimitry Rode. Dimitry's culinary journey began in Canberra at the acclaimed Boat House, before taking him to Sydney's iconic Wildfire and Beppi’s. His passion has driven him across the globe to the UK, where he opened an award-winning Mayfair restaurant, cooked at a two-star Michelin spot, and even served as a private chef for a Russian oligarch. Now back in Australia, Dimitry brings over 25 years of world-class experience, fine-tuning flavours with unmatched expertise.
While he navigates Mon-Friday in a dependable Mazda, his Sundays are reserved for the thrill of riding a Triumph Street Triple R.
