LADIES COMMITTEE LUNCHEON - JULY - JO-ANNE HEWITT
30.07.18 - 12PM - MACQUARIE ROOM
$65 PER PERSON
The Benevolent Society, founded by Edward Smith Hall in 1813, is Australia's first and oldest charity. Today it is an independent, non-religious, not-for-profit organisation which aims to help families, older Australians and people with disability live their best lives. Join us as Jo-Anne Hewitt, Executive Director Disability comes in to discuss the History of the Benevolent Society and how it came to be what it is today.
Jo-Anne has over 35 years' experience in the not for profit sector and has held senior executive roles in a number of large NGOs including at Uniting, where she previously held the role of Director Disability, and more recently, as General Manager Client Services at Cerebral Palsy Alliance. To name just a few of Jo-Anne's many accomplishments and high positions. This is sure to be an interesting and informative luncheon!
