Gin Botanical Week
In celebration of World Gin Day
World Gin Day is a global celebration of all things gin, on the second Saturday in June organised by Gin Monkey. The idea is simple: get people together all around the world with a legitimate excuse (not that we need one) to drink some gin, whether it’s in a cocktail, G&T or neat (yes, you can drink gin neat!).
To spread the celebration and enjoyment of the Club’s most popular selling spirit, the period has been extended to a week.
We will be offering a Gin Botanical menu in the Harbour Dining Room, to match purchasable gins and gin cocktails that will be served in the Harbour Dining Room and Members Bar.
Gin is distilled from the berries of the Juniper tree, and therefore matches perfectly with a flavoursome Botanical menu.

Gin cured salmon, cucumber ribbons, toasted brioche and elderflower cream fraiche’
Linguini tossed with prosciutto, chilli, lemon zest, parsley and Gin finished with shaved reggiano
Seared duck breast rubbed with Gin and lavender, whipped juniper scented potatoes with asparagus
Tipsy Cherry, peach and trifle with gin pipette
